Parcel H is a compilation of several parcels that were investigated under the EPA Assessment Pilot Grant. The city purchased the properties over time, relocated businesses, demolished buildings, and evaluated the extent and magnitude of impacts. The property is being cleaned up under the state voluntary party liability exemption process. QR 3, 4/1/04-6/30/04 RFPs are out for the property's redevelopment PPF attached to QR 9, 10/1/05-12/31/06 the property was redeveloped with several commercial facilities.

Former Use: Historical uses included foundries, wood products manufacturing, railroads, gas stations, and commerical buildings since the late 1800s.
