Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Also know as the Lower Brass Mill Dam, there was a concern that sediments behind the dam were contaiminated from former brass mill and other industrial operations upstreasm. The Heritage Land Preservation Trust was working to have the dam removed as part of a greenway project. The property size was not provided by the grantee, but is estimated at 1 acre.
