Additional Property Attributes

The Ottumwa Regional Legacy Foundation intends to refurbish the property in order to maintain its historical significance. Phase II is recommended to assess impact from off-site gas station and dry cleaner. Asbestos and lead-based paint surveys also recommended. Phase II will be completed with adjacent building 231 E.
