Additional Property Attributes

Asbestos abatement and demolition of the building was conducted prior to new construction of the 5 mil. new City Court house. Project is scheduled to be completed in April 2013. Estimated 125 construction jobs created.

Former Use: As part of a Sears Roebuck Automotive Store constructed in the 70's, the facility was demolished after conducting asbestos abatement and now under construction. The approximately 5 million dollar project will play a major part in the revitalization of Downtown Lake Charles as well as add approximately 125 constructions jobs. Project is to be completed by May 2013.
