Additional Property Attributes

This property is located in the Downtown area of Wolf Point, MT. The wood portions of the building is in poor condition and needs to be demolished. The building was also affected by an earlier fire which destroyed the building next to it causing roof and water damage to this structure. The property is being considered for redevelopment of additional office/commercial space with housing located above.

Former Use: The property has always been part of the commercial commerce area of Wolf Point, MT having been located on the Main Street of the town. Past use has been as a hardware store and prior to that, a clothing store. Owner was Joann Martin at the start of the project but changed ownership to Stan Friesen.
