Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Vacant land / APN 115-15-0440 (1801 N. Oracle) was initially developed between 1937 and 1940 as service, gas & maintenance station until late 1970�s. APN 115-15-0430 (1821 N. Oracle Road) was developed between 1944 and 1953 as trailer sales company and convenience/movie store. Additionally, the western portion of this parcel appears to have been used to store fuel tanks associated with the fuel sales companies that operated from 1801 N. Oracle. Both parcels were cleared and left vacant between 1990 and 1996 / Rafael & Maria Romero, Harry & Anna Ransom, L Kelly & Mary Kelly, Kelly Oil Co.
