Additional Property Attributes

The city has secured a $300,000 Community Development Block Grant from the Oregon Economic and Community Development Department for redevelopment of the property. The current redevelopment plan is to leave the gasoline/service station building in place and remodel it to serve as a tourist information center, display area for local arts and crafts, and public restrooms.
