Additional Property Attributes

Current owners wish to lease property to legitimate tire recycler and trade rent for processing the large illegal tire pile left by Japanese Auto. However current impediment to this reuse is lack of comprehensive site characterization and insistence by state agency that all work on property be considered hasardous and covered by Haqpower regulations.

Former Use: Auto recycling (Illegal waste disposal)
