The Grantee is currently developing an Analysis of Brownfields Cleanup Alternatives (ABCA) document for the Seminole Mill property. (PPF attached to QR 7, 4/1/06-6/31/06) The draft ABCA has been completed. The County also prepared a Brownfields Cleanup Grant application for the property. Grant announcements are anticipated for May 2007. (PPF-10/31/06)

Former Use: Textile mill from early 1900s through 1989; most of building was destroyed by fire in 1996
