Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property consists of a one (1) square block area and is currently used as a gravel parking lot. The area is generally flat, with a gentle slope toward the south. Office buildings and parking lots are located adjacent to the Subject Property.

Former Use: The City Directory Abstract and the Sanborn Maps revealed four (4) historic printing companies and two (2) historic cleaners (No D Lay Cleaners and Victory Cleaners) located on the Subject Property. The historic printing companies and historic dry cleaners are considered RECs.
