Additional Property Attributes

The property is currently being used for residential and limited commercial use. Much of the acerage is vacant abandoned farmland currently growing up in a variety of vegetation. The property is adjacent to the Arcata/Eureka airport and the property owner is considering limited redevelopment of the property for commercial use. The property is not appropriate for residential development due to its proximity to the airport.

Former Use: The property is generally flat to sloping. The property was formerly a turkey farm owned by Douglas and Dorothy Shuler.
