Additional Property Attributes

The subject property encompasses 46.28-acres and consists of the parcel of land identified by Tax Map Number 45-177-038. The subject property was formerly occupied by a Milliken textile plant, and is currently vacant.The subject property is presently owned by the Williamsburg County Development Corporation and is improved by a currently vacant textile plant and several ancillary structures associated with former plant activities.

Former Use: The subject property was originally developed for use as a textile mill in approximately 1952. Prior to development, the subject property consisted of cleared land used for agricultural purposes and/or undeveloped, wooded land. The textile mill operated until approximately 2007 when manufacturing processes ceased. The site was then purchased by the current property owner, Williamsburg County Development Corporation, in January 2010. In 2011, after the Williamsburg County Development Corporation had acquired the subject property, the building was briefly utilized by SNRY as a solar energy training center.
