Additional Property Attributes

The existing structures on the Skipper's Office Solutions property were built in 1936, and two other buildings were demolished in early 1900s. The overall city block has seen numerous ownerships and businesses, and a large portion of the property is dedicated to parking. A former gas station adjoins the property in the southwest corner.
