Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The parcel was developed with commercial buildings located on the south side of West Barraque Street and are structurally connected to one another in a manner typical of historic downtown architecture. Site reconnaissance revealed four commercial structures in downtown Pine Bluff. Historically it contained a cotton room, drug store and bakery. The onsite structure was partially occupied at the time of reconnaissance and in the process of renovation.
