Additional Property Attributes

The Phase I ESA did not reveal the presence of a REC in connection with the subject property.

Former Use: Prior to 1996, the subject property consisted of native desert. Initially, the subject property was developed for residential purposes and contained as many as four mobile and/or manufacture homes. The property was also used to store vehicles that were obtained through car repossessions by one of the tenants on the property who operated his business from his home. The cars were generally kept on the property for a period of ten days. Between 2002 and 2008, the subject property was sub-leased into three sections. The northern portion continued to be used for residential purposes and limited material storage and the southeast portion was leased to a stone cutting operation for storage and cutting operations. The southwest portion of the subject property was leased out to an operation that uses that portion of the property to store vehicles. No significant changes have occurred at the subject property since 2008.
