Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Subject Property is located in a mixed use area of Wilmington, North Carolina that includes residential properties and commercial properties. The Subject Property is currently vacant with managed vegetation. However, small patches of concrete ground coverings from prior uses still remain. The Subject Property is currently owned by L&B of Wilmington, LLC. According to the EDR Environmental Lien and AUL Search, L&B of Wilmington have owned the property since 2007. According to historical research, the Subject Property has historically been utilized as a �truck stables� in 1915, a laundry from approximately 1951 to 1955, as an auto repair shop from 1964 to 2002 and an auto towing company from 2002 until 2007. According to interviews with the owners and previous reports reviewed, a 550-gallon UST was present on the site until August 19, 2012.
