Additional Property Attributes

The Property is located between Milepost 541.69 and 542.91 in southwest Oklahoma City. Sewer, water, fiberoptic cable, and electric utilities are known to be located in the vicinity of the Property. The Property is comprised of 1.22 miles of abandoned railroad track, with right of way spanning approximately 100 feet wide starting at South McKinley Avenue and spanning until just past South Agnew Avenue; No structures are currently located on the Property, other than abandoned railroad tracks. The Property is generally flat with gentle slope to the northeast; The Property elevation ranges from approximately 1,192 to 1,202 feet above mean sea level. The northeastern half of the Property is located in an area that is outside the 500-year flood zone; the southwestern half of the Property is located in an area that is within the 100-year flood zone. The Property�s geology consists of the Quaternary-age Alluvium overlaying Permian-age sedimentary rocks. Soils at the Property are classified as �Urban Land�.

Former Use: Oklahoma Corporation Commission (OCC) records indicate no current or historic underground storage tanks (USTs), aboveground storage tanks (ASTs), water wells, groundwater monitoring wells, or other environmentally-significant features have been located on the Property. Historical sources indicate the Property was undeveloped or utilized for agricultural purposes in 1893. By 1904, the current alignment of railroad tracks was constructed on the Property.
