Additional Property Attributes

Property has been cleaned up. Final step was installation of historic kiosk which was completed in the summer of 2023. Town if marketing the site for redevelopment.

Former Use: The building has been in use since 1892 for paper manufacturing, paper conversion and a machine shop for the mill. Currently, the building is less than 25 occupied and is used for a small paper converting operation and for storage of machinery and automobiles. The site is located on a portion of Bellows Falls called the ?Island? due to the area being surrounded by a canal to the west and the Connecticut River to the east.
