Former Use: The Subject Property was reportedly developed by the Humphries family in the late 1800�s or early 1900s as a dairy farm. Several generations of the Humphries family operated the dairy farm until it was purchased by the Passamaquoddy Tribe in 1983. Following the property transfer, the Subject Property was leased back to Austin Humphries, who continued to operate the dairy farm until 1991.
