Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Historically, the Property has been utilized as an automotive repair facility. While operating as an automotive repair business, the facility utilized a spray booth and several pneumatic automobile lifts with underground components. Lift systems are commonly associated with underground oil tanks/reservoirs and have been known to serve as a contaminant source. In addition, there are several stained areas of the floor which are indicative of spills.
