Additional Property Attributes

The subject property has frontage on and is accessed from Main Street to the east. The subject property is developed and occupied by the old school house building and a storage building with associated asphalt and gravel parking areas, mowed lawn and undeveloped grass field.

Former Use: Review of the information indicated the subject property was originally developed in 1888 by the school building and the storage building was reportedly developed in 1893. The school has had several additions to it in 1903, 1911, 1927 and 1950. The building was reportedly utilized as a public education school until it was sold to private owners in 1976. Since then the building has been utilized for various activities. The most recent sale of the property took place in 2000 to the present owners.
