Additional Property Attributes

Review of the historical aerial photographs for the location of the subject property depicted it as developed since at least 1965 until 1995. The subject property appeared occupied by the commercial/residential building and garage. There also appeared to be a canopy over the dispenser island located on the southwest corner of the subject property which was constructed sometime after 1974. The development on the subject property appears to correspond with the historical use as a gasoline filling station and grocery store. Prior to 1965, the subject was also reportedly developed and utilized for the operation of a gasoline filling station and grocery store. Initial development of the subject property was reportedly in the early 1920s, for the operation of a grocery store, gasoline filling station, bait shop, and post office. The building structures located on the subject property were reportedly removed in late 1997. The subject property has remained vacant since the demolition of the buildings.
