Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Based on a review of aerial photographs, historical topographic maps, city directories, and discussions with Mr. Nelson, the Property appears to have been developed in 1951 by Duke Racovich as a steel fabricator, which did cut sheets of steel for the local steel industry. By the 1980s and into the 1990s, the Property was occupied by Woods and Water Marina, which was an off-shore service center for watercraft and vehicles. The Property was then occupied by Apple Truck & Trailer and Steel Valley Carting, which was a recycling waste material facility, from approximately 1995 to at most 2006, at which time the Property became vacant.
