Additional Property Attributes

Ayres Associates discovered evidence of recognized environmental conditions (REC) on the subject property or adjacent properties. Although currently vacant, the subject property was formerly occupied by a bulk petroleum storage facility with above ground and underground petroleum storage tanks. The presence of petroleum storage tanks on the subject property is a REC. Property located adjacent to the north side of the subject property was a former bulk petroleum storage facility with above ground and underground petroleum storage tanks. Environmental activities conducted on this adjacent property indicated petroleum-related contamination in groundwater. The presence of petroleum storage tanks and groundwater contamination on this adjacent property is a REC. Other significant environmental conditions or concerns such as gas stations, auto repair shops, and LTANK sites are located along Lincolnway, upgradient of the subject property. The subject property and adjacent property south and west are railroad right-of-way
