Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property is occupied by a two-story, wood- cinder block building, which is currently unoccupied. The building at 205 S. Wilson Avenue was vacant and not in use at the time of site visit. The remaining parcels have no buildings on them. The building was an area of approximately 8,000 square feet. The general condition of the building was poor on the interior due to vandalism. A concrete slab is adjacent to the south of the building that appears to be the footprint of another building that was demolished. The building at 205 S. Wilson Avenue was vacant and not in use at the time of site visit. The remaining parcels have no buildings on them.
