Additional Property Attributes

The County will auctioned the property in February of 2007. Property sold for 32,000 to individuals who will operate a tattoo parlor and sign shop. The Tattoo Parloar and Sign Shop invested about 20,000. DEQ installed vapor points in the foundation. This is a community reinvestment pilot site.

Former Use: Abandoned dry cleaner formerly owned by Mr. Lewis, before becoming a restaurant. Owned by county due back taxes. Auctions in March 2006 for 32,000.
