Former Use: The commercial building located at 2127 Lincoln in Ogden, Utah is utilized as a church, Tabernaculo Shalom, and is identified by tax parcel 010420042. This property is accessed from Lincoln Avenue and located in the central northeastern portion of the Site. Tabernaculo Shalom (tax parcel 010420042) is approximately 0.5-acre and developed with a single story slab on grade brick building (approximately 10,000 square feet (sq/ft)) with an asphalt paved parking lot located south of the building. According to Weber County tax records the building is constructed in 1954. The interior of the building is divided up into office areas, common/recreation room, meeting hall, kitchen area, and restrooms. Interior finishes include drywall, carpet, ceramic tile, and 2 feet by 3 feet lay-in ceiling tiles. Four roof mounted HVAC units were mounted on the building. A landscaped vegetated area is located near the entrance of the property along Lincoln Avenue which consists of trees and grass and a chain link fence was located along the north, west, and south tax parcel boundaries. Three pole-mounted transformers were located on the western portion of Tabernaculo Shalom (tax parcel 010420042) and appeared to be in good condition. One dumpster owned by A.C.E was located on the southwest corner of the property.
