Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: A commercial building is located at 2182 Pingree Avenue in Ogden, Utah. The property is identified by tax parcel number 010420009 and is accessed from Pingree Avenue, located on the southwest corner of the Site. The George Aphrodite Koloveas (tax parcel 010420009) is approximately 0.2-acre and is developed with an approximately 3,000 sq/ft, single story, slab on grade brick building that was unoccupied at the time of Site reconnaissance, June 27, 2013. According to Weber County tax records the building was constructed in 1980 and had historically been used as a restaurant. The western portion of the George Aphrodite Koloveas (tax parcel 010420009) is developed as an asphalt paved parking lot. Vegetation on George Aphrodite Koloveas (tax parcel 010420009) is limited to overgrown grass and weed areas on the north and east sides of the building. Interior finishes include ceramic floor tiles, concrete block and drywall walls, and 2 feet by 3 feet lay-in ceiling tiles. Two floor drains were located in the kitchen area, one floor drain in each of the two restrooms, and one floor drain in the utility room. According to Mr. George Koloveas, the building owner, the floor drains are connected to the city sewer and no grease trap or sumps are present on the property. At the time of the reconnaissance the building was vacant and all equipment (i.e. sinks, stoves, tables) had been removed from the building.
