Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Historically used as the Union Stockyard Exchange Building. This site facilitated the commerce of the stockyards. The historic building remains, but is dilapidated and vacant. Potential concerns are volatile organic compounds (VOC�s), semi-volatile organic compounds (SVOC�s), total petroleum hydrocarbons gasoline range organics (TPH-GRO), TPH diesel range organics (TPH-DRO), and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) 8 metals, Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), Nitrate-Nitrite, Herbicides, Pesticides, and fractionation of TPH-GRO and TPH-DRO.
