Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property consists of an approximately 3,587-square-foot building (former Carnegie Library constructed in approximately 1905), two playgrounds, and a basketball court,which were developed in approximately 2004. The building is currently unoccupied. The most recent tenant in the former Carnegie Library building was the City of Lorain Parks and Recreation Department, who vacated the building in 2009. The former Carnegie Library building was used as a library dating back to 1905.
