Additional Property Attributes

The development resulted in ten residential units and is home to three small businesses.

Former Use: Martin Printing, at 1605 Tower Grove Avenue, is a one story, approximately 3,700 square foot brick building fronting Tower Grove Avenue. The Martin Printing building formerly housed offices, a print production room, a press room, cutting room, paper storage, and a cellar. Moore Research, (a chemical distributor) at 1607 Tower Grove Avenue, is a two story, approximately 10,000 square foot brick building with a concrete slab floor and is situated west of Martin Printing. This building houses warehouse and office space as well as a depressed dock area and rear loading area. The building at 1621 Tower Grove Avenue is a one and a half story, approximately 2,000 square foot brick building on a concrete slab floor which fronts Tower Grove Avenue. This facility was used for general storage, as well as storage of hazardous materials and petroleum products.
