Additional Property Attributes

Former gas station; five underground storage tanks were removed in 2010 along with 2,000 gallons of petroleum impacted water and 9.91 tons of pea gravel. Residual contamination remains; in soil, benzene and TPH-GRO were found at levels above default target levels. In groundwater, benzene, TPH-GRO, naphthalene, and other contaminants were found at levels above default target levels. The adjacent building houses a community group which would like to use the site for parking for their community center.

Former Use: Site was a gas station for 70 years.
