Additional Property Attributes

The property is owned by Kimples Oil Co. and was previously used as a gas station. Three underground storage tanks (UST) were removed on 1/20/1992. Holes in one of the USTs was identified during removal and a Tier I investigation was performed which concluded no further action was required. Currently, there are USTs buried on the property that were installed in January 1992 with a leak detection system. Two of the USTs contained gasoline and the third held diesel. The tanks were emptied in 2008 when the gas station closed; they were not professionally emptied or closed. There were no leaks detected up until the tanks were emptied and the leak detection system was turned off. Two structures remain on the property. One 1,800-square foot Morton building and a 1,200-square foot chief building.
