Additional Property Attributes

Project aims to create an urban pathway connecting Tucson and South Tucson. Former Use: 6 mile abandoned railroad line. No RECs were identified in connection with the subject property. This assessment has revealed no evidence of CRECs in connection with the property except the following: The following CREC was identified during the assessment: Soil vapor in the area of the subject property has been impacted by an on-site or off-site source. According to title information, the use of the subject property is restricted to non-residential use and groundwater use is prohibited. Therefore, impacted soil vapor is considered to be a CREC. Based on the planned use of the subject property for landscape improvements as part of the walking and bike path on the subject property, further assessment of the soil vapor on the subject property is not recommended. However, if stained or odorous soils are encountered during construction activities, the soils should be assessed by an environmental professional.
