Additional Property Attributes

The client was informed that were any redevelopment to occur on the property involving the demolition of the structures that removal of any afflicted areas needs to be undertaken by a licensed asbestos contractor. Likewise, if the exterior LBP is disturbed, any disturbance of more than 20 square feet of exterior LBP is required to be conducted with lead-safe work practices, utilizing a certified renovator or licensed lead professional.
