Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: This parcel contains four structures: a covered former garage and current storage building, two office buildings, and a building occupied by Boys and Girls Club of America. The southeastern portion of the parcel had recently been improved with a basketball court, the construction of which required the demolition of a shed. The property is owned by the City of Wilmington and has been used since the early 1900 by the Wilmington Streets Department. A portion of the property was used to store stone and other raw material for the Streets Department. Additionally asphalt recycling was performed on a portion of the parcel in the past.
