Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site is owned by the City of Wilmington. It is currently vacant and covered with grass. One structure, an unoccupied house, is located on the southwest corner of the parcel, and asphalt patches were observed in the location of former dwellings on the south end of the parcel. Otherwise, the parcel is grass-covered. The site was historically used to operate a city owned municipal waste incinerator that began operation in1945.
