Additional Property Attributes

The Phase I was completed in an effort to move forward a potential sale of the property.

Former Use: The site was formally an automotive repair and maintenance shop and service station with one gasoline dispenser. The tanks were decommissioned in 1987 but automotive and truck maintenance was still regularly performed. The property is no longer a commercial business but the owners son still performs occasional vehicle maintenance on personal vehicles and equipment. The property is used for storage.
