The Phase II ESA revealed areas where car batteries and trash were buried. These sites were analyzed and levels of lead above MTCA cleanup standards were present. Approximately 100 cu.yds. of garbage and lead-contaminated soil were excavated, hauled to a licensed landfill and the excavation site was filled with imported soils. The cleaned up property has been left in greenspace.
