Additional Property Attributes

These six parcels are adjacent to the Tribe's Cedars at Dungeness Golf Course. The Tribe had a Phase I ESA performed to determine if there was any contamination. None was found. The properties will become part of the golf course and the homes and outbuildings on the properties will be rennovated to be used as storage and office facilities for the golf course.

Former Use: Three of the parcels had single-family housing with outbuildings; the other three parcels were undeveloped.
