An empty 500 gallon above-ground storage tank was found on Parcel #032912329010. Soils around and beneath the drum were sampled and contained heavy oil and some SVOCs above MTCA standards. The soil was successfully remediated using aeration and nutrient enhancement. The cleanup reduced the levels below MTCA A and B cleanup levels. There was no contamination on the other 11 parcels. Parcel #s: 032912- -239050, -239070, -329090, -329110, -239060, -239080, -329100, -329120, -329010, -329020, -329030, -329040. 3.75 acres are commercial and 11.8 are open space.

Former Use: 12 parcels, one residence, past history of muffler repair shop and primitive cabins.
