Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site has been developed with a townhome residential complex since its initial development and has remained in private ownership by multiple entities. A Phase I ESA identified potential asbestos containing materials at the site. A Phase II ESA identified asbestos in many of the building materials at the complex. Abatement of the asbestos will have to occur prior to demolition and/or renovation.
