Additional Property Attributes

Demolition of the buildings and improvements of an industrial facility, remediation and abatement of all hazardous materials and soils onsite, and the import and export of clean and contaminated soils to leave in a healthy, clean, graded level. The city had enough bulky, massive tanks, structures, walls, and high levels of contaminated soils. The City cleaned and remediated the soil. 6.35 have been successfully remediated.

Former Use: Bureau of Engineering has remediated this site with significant improvements which will help the nearby homes, and community, as well as the L.A. River.
