Additional Property Attributes

QEP submitted a groundwater monitoring plan and it has been approved by Montana DEQ. We are planning to install six monitoring wells in December 2014. The duration for groundwater monitoring will be based on the extent and magnitude of the contamination documented.

Former Use: The Kalispell Center Mall is located at 20 North Main Street in downtown Kalispell, Montana. The Site consists of a 0.34-acre parcel in the southeast corner of the property (i.e. Tract 2AB). The legal description is the SE�SE� of Section 7, Township 28 North, Range 21 West. A review of Polk� Directories determined the Site address of 2 North Main Street has been the location of two historic automobile service stations. Grizzly Park Service initially occupied this location from 1938 to 1961. The facility was demolished circa 1962 and replaced with Main Street Enco/Main Street Exxon, which occupied the Site for 1964 through 1985.
