Additional Property Attributes

450 linear feet of asbestos pipe insulation was removed from the building. The building is scheduled for demolition to make way for future developement.

Former Use: The property was built in 1920 under the name Anderson Hotel and was used by the Soo Line Railroad to house workers until 1950. It was converted into a single-family home in later years and has been unoccupied since 2003. The property was ceeded to Richland County for delinquint taxes and was then passed on to the City of Hankison.
