Additional Property Attributes

St. Martin dePorres High School acquired this property, which is northeast of their campus in Cleveland. The multi-use building had substantial quantities of asbestos-containing materials, which must be removed prior to demolition. After demolition, the property will become part of the overall campus redevelopment plan.
