Additional Property Attributes

Previous bulk fuel storage facility that has been mostly unoccupied for years. The site is used to store vehicles.

Former Use: Shell Oil previously stored petroleum in large aboveground storage tanks. The Shell Oil uses release minimal amounts of petroleum to the site. he current owner leased the property to Mead Westvaco to use black liquor and pulping materials. Chlorinated VOCs have been identified in site groundwater, which is attributed to offsite facilities that have documented VOC releases.
