Additional Property Attributes

The latest correspondence from the LDEQ stated that an NFA was drafted and sent up for signature. Property owner is interested in developing a multi-story mixed use apartment and retail establishment.

Former Use: This property was developed in the 1930's as a distillery. It was later developed into an operation that produced asphalt products such as roofing tiles. The Gulf States Asphalt plant ceased operations in 2005. The current owner has removed most of the above ground structures.
