Additional Property Attributes

Property is being utilized seasonally as a community Farmer's Market.

Former Use: The property was operated as a service station back in the 40's and 50's although no original structures exist on the property today. The local community has spent time and considerable effort maintaining and upgrading the property on it's own to provide a park-like area for community use. A seasonal Farmers Market is held on the property each Saturday throughout the fall. The property remain in the original owners name on the tax roles however, no taxes have been paid in over 25 years. The family of the deceased owner believed the property had been donated to the City of Glasgow or Valley County many years ago. The property is considered abandoned by Valley County. The City of Glasgow would consider transferring ownership to return the property to the citizens of Glasgow and to full "park" status once it can determine how extensive the environmental concerns are.
