This was a rental home that had been used in the production of methamphetamine and was listed on the State registry as a meth contaminated property. The investigation concluded that only two appliances which were located outside the main home were involved. They were removed by a certified contractor and the house will be demo'd

Former Use: The property was a private home and rental property. A drug related arrest was made at the address and at the time, there was evidence of methamphetamine use. Because of the presence of controlled substances, the home was listed on the state "Meth Contaminated Property" list. The owner hired an approved contractor to remove the residual traces of methamphetamine that were present on two appliances. The home is slated for demolition and will allow for redevelopment on the property of improved housing in this residential neighborhood
